What You’ll Be Doing:
Executive Assistant Duties:
- Manage CEO's calendar, meetings, travel, and personal appointments.
- Prepare board packs, reports, presentations and business correspondence.
- Screen emails, calls, and handle high-level confidential matters.
- Coordinate internal meetings and assist with office operations.
- Assisting with personal matters and occasional kids pickup and drop off.
Facilities Coordination Duties
- Oversee facilities maintenance and compliance across Australia.
- Assist with new branch setup & fit outs.
- Liaise with landlords, contractors and service providers.
- Maintain property records, budgets, and financial reporting.
- Ensure full compliance with relevant property regulations and standards.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a PA, EA or Office Manager (essential).
- Experience preparing board/financial presentations (desirable).
- Background in property management or administration (desirable).
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- High level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong financial acumen and attention to detail.
- Full driver’s licence (essential).
