About the Role:
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our dealership partners and customers, providing support in coordinating vehicle hires and returns. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing inbound inquiries from dealerships and service managers, ensuring vehicles meet customer needs.
- Facilitating smooth onboarding for vehicle hires, coordinating deliveries and ensuring timely communication.
- Working closely with the Operations, Sales, and Fleet teams to manage vehicle availability, returns, and customer requests.
- Ensuring vehicle returns are processed efficiently and according to company procedures.
- Following up with dealerships to ensure timely payment of invoices.
About You:
- Experience in automotive, car rental, or credit hire industries is highly desirable but not essential.
- Prior experience in phone-based customer service or sales is preferred.
- Tech-savvy with strong computer literacy.
- Excellent organisational skills and capable of handling multiple tasks effectively.
- Confident communicator, able to work with internal teams, dealerships, and customers, maintaining a high standard of service.
