About the Role:
Carbiz is looking for a Senior Customer Service Executive who’s ready to take the next step in their career. This is a hands-on senior role for someone who enjoys leading by example, supporting teammates, and delivering exceptional customer experiences - while being actively developed into a future Team Leader.
You’ll play a key role in day-to-day operations, vehicle deliveries, and customer onboarding, while also supporting team training, coaching, and process improvement. With structured development, mentoring, and ongoing support, this role is designed to fast-track the right candidate into a leadership position.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Deliver vehicles to clients, ensuring timely, professional service
Provide exceptional customer service, resolving enquiries and issues efficiently
Coordinate vehicle logistics to support smooth daily operations
Prepare vehicles for hire, maintaining high presentation standards
Support client onboarding, ensuring customers feel informed and supported
Act as a go-to support person for team members, assisting with operational questions and challenges
Assist with onboarding, training, and coaching of new and existing team members
Provide constructive feedback and support to help lift team performance
Manage and resolve more complex customer matters
Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies
About You:
Proven experience in customer service, operations, or a similar hands-on role
Valid Australian drivers license and willingness to travel locally (essential)
Prior experience in a leadership capacity andenjoys supporting and mentoring others
Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills
Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
Calm under pressure and capable of handling complex customer issues
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
Available to work shifts between 7:00am–8:00pm, Monday–Friday, with flexibility for weekends or if required
